Iris stands tall on her long, graceful legs, this precocious young giraffe gazing into the distance with dreamy contemplation. Rendered in luminous golden bronze with sunny yellow and orange patches, her slender form is adorned with butterflies, gears, flowers, and scattered turquoise accents that catch the light. A small bird companion perches on her spotted back, and a pink ribbon circles her elegant neck. Her large, expressive eyes and youthful proportions capture the spirit of a social youngster already planning tomorrow's mountain adventures.

Anniversary

Been admiring Nano's giraffes for years. My husband tracked this one down through Steve for our anniversary. The neck articulation is engineering as much as art.
