This sculpture honors the truth behind every success story: there are always hands that helped us climb, shoulders we stood upon, and predecessors who showed us the way. The natural, organic ladder suggests that the path to achievement isn't manufactured or perfect—it's grown, cultivated, and shaped by those who came before.
