Now for sale online at Dolphin Galleries! Fly Me to the Moon. According to German artist, mathematician and scientist Edward Belbruno, it is possible to swing through the cosmos on the subtle fluctuations of the planet’s gravitational pulls. Belbruno refers to this as ‘surfing the gravitational field’. Accordingly a flight to the moon and back would drift, loop and roll in musical abandon. Frank Sinatra and and Count Bassie would surely look up and smile.

The Artist
Todd Stuart
Todd Stuart is an Australian contemporary sculptor who works in three materials that ask for three different crafts: stainless steel polished to a mirror, silicon bronze finished in patina, and carved stone. The work runs from pieces that sit on a table to pieces taller than a doorway, and almost all of it is signed and made in small limited editions.
