State of Mind transforms psychological growth into visual poetry. Multiple bronze figures perch on slender metal poles at ascending heights, arranged in a diagonal staircase of progress. Each figure strikes the same dynamic pose—legs bent as if running or climbing—yet occupies a different elevation on the journey upward.
This sculpture explores the internal landscape of human consciousness. Our state of mind isn't fixed; it rises and falls, sometimes stuck on a lower rung, sometimes soaring toward clarity. The figures represent not different people but different versions of ourselves—the many states we pass through on the path toward mental and emotional elevation.
